Wednesday’s session is cancelled so all our swimmers & parents can cheer on England.  **Come on England**

Apologises for the late notice but tonight’s sessions are cancelled (including land-training) due to an issue with the pool.

D1 Training Session Friday 6th July

Reminder this session is being held at the  Ribblesdale Pool 6.30-8.30pm.

Important  dates for your diaries

13th 14th 15th of July, no training at any of our venues, due to gala’s.

Summer break, will take place from Monday 23rd of July and we will return to training on Monday 13th of August.

Bank holiday Monday 27th August No Training.

Saturday 8th September Micro League Swim Off

 

Inter Association Gala Sunday 24th June

Four of our Junior Swimmers represented North Lancashire this weekend, swimming against Liverpool & District, Cumbria and Bolton & Manchester. Overall winners were Liverpool with North Lancs finishing 3rd.

Our swimmers put in some fantastic performances with Caitlin coming away with 2 Silver Medals and Eric holding his own even though competing in the 11 years category as a 10 year old.

Caitlin Wilson 11yrs/u 200m free 7th, 100m back Silver, 200m breast 5th, 100m breast Silver, 200IM 4th.
Eric Inman 11yrs/u 200m free 6th, 200IM 6th, 100m free 8th, 100m breast 6th
Connor Eccleston 14yrs 100m fly 10th
Matthew Boyd 14yrs 100m fly 8th, 100m free 7th

Water Polo Cancelled Sunday 24th June

Apologies for the late notice, tonight’s Water Polo is unfortunately cancelled.  All other swim sessions will go ahead as normal.

Congratulations to our Junior Dolphins Micro Team

Well done to all our Junior Dolphins swimmers who swam their hearts out in the last round of North West Micro League. The 1st against Prescot, Blackburn Centurions & Lancaster means they finish 2nd overall and will be in the A Division Swim off in September.

This is a fantastic achievement by our Junior Swimmers, particularly for those who have swam in their first ever gala.

Lancaster A 99 pts

We are sorry but Saturday mornings training session (including land training) are cancelled, unfortunately Sunday’s session for D1 and D2 / Waterpolo (from 6.15), are also cancelled.  Apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
